Socar Awards Refinery Upgrade Contract To UOP

The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Socar) on 4 February awarded the USs UOP a contract for the upgrade of the Baku Heydar Aliyev Refinery (BHAR), formerly known as Azerneftyanajag, that will bring production there into line with European standards.
