Shuaiba Refinery Cracker To Shut For Routine Maintenance
A 27,000 b/d fuel oil cracker at Kuwaits Shuaiba refinery is to be shut down for routine maintenance in the second week of February, a senior official told Reuters on 8 February. It will remain closed for some eight weeks. The closure will have a small impact on the output of products like gasoline, but will not affect the facilitys 200,000 b/d processing capacity.
