Adco Undertakes Corrosion Protection Project
The Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (Adco) is carrying out a large corrosion protection project to protect its wells. The contract was awarded last year to a joint team of the National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), and the US Corrpro. The project is to be completed in 2007 or 2008 after cathode protection technology is installed in the wells.
