US-Libya Relations Improve Further, Restrictions On Diplomats Lifted
Further steps towards the normalization of relations between Washington and Tripoli were achieved during a visit to Libya in early February by US Secretary of State for Near East Affairs William Burns. A US statement on 11 February said Mr Burns had held productive and thorough discussions continuing the step-by-step process of improvement in US-Libya relations....
