Sovereign Borrowing In Middle East And Africa To Decrease In 2005, Says S&P
Standard & Poors (S&P) expects medium and long-term borrowing of Middle East and Africa (MEA) rated sovereigns to decrease from $58.7bn in 2004 to $54.1bn in 2005.
