White Nile Oil Co And Sudans SPLM Sign Oil Exploration Agreement

The UKs White Nile Oil Company on 25 April signed a partnership agreement with the Sudan Peoples Liberation Movement (SPLM) to start looking for oil in southern Sudan by June this year.
