Iraqs Crude Exports Reached 1.4mn B/D In First Third 2005
Iraqs crude exports averaged 1.430mn b/d in the first four months of 2005, according to SOMO General Manager Dhia al-Baka, quoted in an al-Hayat report on 16 May. This figure included 14,000 b/d exported to Syria as part of a swap arrangement in exchange for imports of petroleum products, such as benzene and kerosene.
