Sipchem, Helm Arabia To Form JV For Acetic Acid, VAM Plants
Saudi International Petrochemical Company (Sipchem) and Helm Arabia announced on 6 June they had signed joint venture agreements to establish a 460,000 tons/year acetic acid and a 300,000 t/y vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) plants in Jubail.
