ExxonMobil Pays $30Mn To Exit Nakhchivan PSA
ExxonMobil has paid around $30mn in compensation to the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Socar) to withdraw from its production-sharing agreement (PSA) in the offshore Nakhchivan concession.
