Kazakh Court Rules In Favor Of Turgai Petroleum Over PetroKazakhstan
A court in South Kazakhstan has ruled that Canadas PetroKazakhstan must pay $13.2mn to Turgai Petroleum in a dispute instigated by Russias Lukoil over crude and oil product sales.
