WTI Price Slides Below $100/B As Investors Sell Commodities Over Economic Worries
The price of WTI settled at $99.80/B on 5 May, down by 8.64% from the previous day. The price of crude began to slide on 2 May following news that Usama bin Ladin had been killed in Pakistan by US special forces and continued to decline through the week.
