Sudan Signs $1Bn Deal With Petronas For 100,000 B/D Port Sudan Refinery
Sudan on 29 August signed a $1bn contract with Malaysias state-owned Petronas to build a 100,000 b/d refinery in Port Sudan on the Red Sea coast.
