S&P Revises Outlook On Qatar To Stable On Slower Institutional Reform
Ratings agency Standard & Poors (S&P) has revised the outlook on Qatars sovereign ratings from positive to stable, citing the slower pace of institutional reform there and the reduced likelihood of a near-term upgrade.
