Oil Moves To Center Stage Of Libya Conflict
Libyas rebels on 25-26 April secured critical exemptions from Washingtons ban on oil sales to Libya, as the Benghazi-based movement continues to win international support for its cause, despite a lack of progress on the battlefield. Attacks on oil fields have cut oil production in rebel controlled areas down to a trickle, but opposition-controlled oil firm AGOCO is working hard to restore output....
