Iraq Signs $1bn Deal With Shanghai Electric For Power Plant Expansion
Iraqs Ministry of Electricity signed a $1bn agreement with Chinas Shanghai Electric Group on 25 April to nearly double the size of a power plant in the town of Zubaidiya, south of Baghdad.
