BHP Billiton Joins Statoil/Petro SA Bid For Tinrhert GTL Plant
Norways Statoil has confirmed to MEES that Australian energy and mining company BHP Billiton has joined Statoil and Petro SA of South Africa in a bid to built Algerias first gas-to-liquids (GTL) plant.
