Bahr Al-'Ulum Sets Sights On 3Mn B/D Oil Output By End 2006

Iraq will aim to restore oil production to pre-war levels in 2006, lifting output to 3mn b/d by the end of the year, Oil Minister Ibrahim Bahr al-'Ulum said on 12 December.
