'Alaw Retains Petroleum Post In New Syrian Cabinet
The Syrian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Sufian 'Alaw, has retained his position in the new cabinet headed by Prime Minister 'Adil Safar, which was announced in a decree by President Bashar al-Asad on 14 April. The outgoing Minister of Foreign Affairs Walid al-Mu'allim also retained the same post in the newly designated Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates....
