USACE Waives Requirement For Halliburton To Provide Price Of Kuwaiti Gasoline
The head of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Lt Gen Robert Flowers, has signed a 19 December ruling stating that Halliburton had provided data indicating that it had supplied Kuwaiti gasoline to Iraq at a fair and reasonable price.
