CORRECTION
On page D3 last week, the name of Iraqs first Finance Minister was incorrectly stated to be Sasoon Khedouri. The first Finance Minister was in fact Sasoon Hisqail who held the portfolio in the first Iraqi cabinet in 1920, and thereafter intermittently until 1932. We apologize for the error.
