KazMunaiGas, Lukoil Sign PSA For Offshore Tyub-Karagan Block
Kazakhstans state-owned KazMunaiGaz and Russias Lukoil signed in Astana on 9 January a production-sharing agreement (PSA) covering Kazakhstans offshore Tyub-Karagan block. The agreement was signed during a state visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin and also covers a geological survey of the offshore Atashsky block.
