Turkey Approves Tupras Sale, But Tatneft Shareholders Opposed; Petkim Tender Cancelled
Turkeys Higher Privatization Board on 9 February approved the sale of 65.76% of the state-owned refinery Tupras to a consortium comprised of Turkeys Zorlu Group and the German chemical company Efremov Kautschuk, which is an affiliate of Russian oil company Tatneft.
