BG Acquires Some Hardman Interests In Mauritania Offshore Blocks
BG Group announced on 19 February that it had signed a sale and purchase agreement with Australias Hardman Resources for the acquisition of Mauritania Holdings BV, a Hardman Resources subsidiary that owns interests in production-sharing contracts (PSCs) A and B covering Blocks 3, 4 and 5 offshore Mauritania. The shares are those recently acquired by Hardman from Eni (MEES, 12 January)....
