Dubai Ports Plans Oil Terminal In Djibouti
Dubai Ports International (DPI), part of the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corp, is working with the Djibouti Government on the development of a master plan for ports at Djibouti and Doraleh, according to the Gulf News on 7 March.
