Agip KCO To Pay $150Mn Fine For Kashagan Development Delay
Kazakhstans Finance Minister Yerbolat Dosayev told Russias Interfax news agency on 19 March that the Agip-led consortium (Agip KCO) would pay a fine of $150mn in compensation to the Kazakh Government for the delay in the commercial development of the giant offshore Kashagan oilfield.
