Iraqi Reparation Payments To Kuwait Reach $9.5Bn, But $29Bn Remains Unpaid
Iraqi war reparations paid out to Kuwait under the program run by the UN Compensation Commission (UNCC) have reached $9.5bn, according to Khalid al-Mudhaf, head of Kuwaits compensation authority.
