SOMO Organization Completed
MEES learns that the organization structure of Iraqs State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO) has been completed, with Shamkhi Faraj continuing as General Manager. Below him come Hashim al-Wardy, Head of Finance and Administration, and Kadhem Razuqi, Head of the Marketing Board. Mr Razuqi will also take charge of crude oil, while Qusai Muhammad and Issam Faraj will be responsible respectively for gas and products.
