Iraq: Rehabilitation Derailed, Services And Commercial Life Disrupted

The worsening violence in Iraq and the kidnapping of more than 40 foreigners have derailed the countrys program for rehabilitation and damaged business confidence. Disruption to the conduct of daily commercial life is increasing, and the provision of essential services is starting to be affected. But so far, the oil sector has been unaffected.
