Iraqs Two Southern Oil Terminals Reopen After Suicide Bombings
Iraqs Oil Minister Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum announced on 26 April that the Basra Oil Terminal (BOT) had resumed operations the previous evening, adding that Khor al-Amaya had been brought back into service a few hours earlier.
