JGC And Iranian Firm To Upgrade Arak Refinery
Japans JGC and the National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company (NIOECC) have signed an agreement for the upgrading of Arak refinery, according to the National Iranian Oil Companys (NIOCs) PIN news service on 3 May.
