Production Begins From Yemens Block S-1
Crude production began from al-Nagyah-4 well in Block S-1 (Damis) in late March, and with the addition of al-Nagyah-5 in April reached 2,000 b/d, according to Vintage Petroleum, the operator of the block with a 75% holding. The other partner in the venture is TransGlobe Energy (25%).
