CPA Allocates $1.3Bn To Oil Ministry
The Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) has allocated $1.34bn to the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, according to information posted on the CPAs website. It is understood that approximately half of this amount has already been disbursed.
