Moroccos Ratings Reflect Active Debt Management, Says Moodys
In its annual report entitled Morocco: Global Credit Research, Moody's Investors Service says the countrys Ba1 foreign currency debt ceiling, the Ba1 rating for government bonds, and its stable rating outlook reflect the improvement in public finances as well as the downward trend of public debt (the foreign currency ceiling for bank deposits is Ba2).
