Kuwait To Get Third Mobile Operator
Kuwaits mobile duopoly is set to come to an end after parliaments Financial Affairs Committee approved draft legislation calling for a third GSM provider to start operations in the country. The approval followed a consultation with the Communications Ministry which voiced no objections to increasing competition.
