EIB Lends Egypt 100Mn For Jordan Gas Pipeline
The European Investment Bank (EIB) on 7 June signed a 100mn loan agreement with Egyptian Oil Minister Sameh Fahmi and the president of state-owned firm Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), Muhammad Tawila, to help finance the construction of the 393km Jordanian segment of the Arab Gas Pipeline (AGP).
