Equates Share Of Asian Market Rises To 30%
Equate Petrochemical Companys share of the Asian market is rising by 6-7% annually and now represents about 30%, according to the firms CEO Hamad al-Turkait, speaking on 23 June. He added that Asian countries were witnessing a continually increasing demand for petrochemicals, with China alone importing around 4mn tons/year to meet an annual rise in industrial demand of 500,000 t/y.
