Samir Board Approves $600Mn Refinery Upgrade Plan For Mohammedia Plant
The board of directors at Moroccan refiner Samir has approved a $600mn investment plan that will upgrade the companys main plant at Mohammedia in the period 2004-08. According to a report on 15 July in al-Sharq al-Awsat, the work will include the rebuilding of the hydrocracker and the reconfiguration of the plant to take natural gas from the Transmed pipeline....
