World Bank Agrees $359Mn In Loans For Iran
The World Bank and Iran on 17 July signed two loan agreements worth a total of $359mn to help fund housing and water and health projects. One loan for $279mn will help to provide wider public access to safe water and health services in the cities of Shiraz and Ahvaz in southern Iran in a government project which will run until 2027.
