BankMuscat And WestLB Launch $40Mn Loan For Alliance Housing Bank
BankMuscat and WestLB, London branch, announced earlier this month that a $40mn, three-year syndicated term loan facility for Omans Alliance Housing Bank has been launched into general syndication. The facility carries a margin of Libor plus 70bps per year and a commitment fee of 28bps. Alliance has taken out the loan for general corporate purposes....
