Many MENA Countries Slipping In 2011 Corruption Index
Many MENA countries are slipping backwards and failing to tackle corruption, the latest Corruption Perceptions Index from Transparency International reveals. Published on 1 December, it showed that of the 21 MENA countries included in the survey, 14 saw their ranking fall, four were unchanged, and only three improved (see table).
