Sudan To Seize Portion Of South Sudans Oil As Talks End In Stalemate
Sudan is set to begin taking 23% of the landlocked souths oil exports as a form of payment in kind after the much heralded talks between the two sides came to an unsuccessful end in Addis Ababa on 30 November. In the interim period, we are not going to charge the full fee. We will deduct about 23% as payment in kind, a top Sudanese Ministry of Petroleum official...
