Sudan To Seize Portion Of South Sudans Oil As Talks End In Stalemate

Sudan is set to begin taking 23% of the landlocked souths oil exports as a form of payment in kind after the much heralded talks between the two sides came to an unsuccessful end in Addis Ababa on 30 November.
