Saudi Stimulus Package Fails To Address Reform
With a wary eye on the popular unrest that has swept through MENA and already unseated the rulers of Tunisia and Egypt, Saudi Arabia has announced its second stimulus package in less than a month. Together the measures are estimated to be worth a staggering SR485-488bn ($129-130bn) and come on top of an already record expansionary budget for this year, which will see expenditure rise 7.4%...
