Three Firms Compete For Kuwaits Fourth Refinery Project Consultancy

Three firms are competing for the consultancy contract for Kuwaits fourth refinery, according to a report in the daily al-Rai al-Am on 16 October. They are Bechtel, Fluor Daniel and Foster Wheeler.
