ADB Signs $120Mn Telecoms Loan With Algeria
The African Development Bank (ADB) has signed a $120mn loan agreement with Algeria to finance telecommunications development. The loan will support the governments plans to liberalize the entire telecommunications sector before 2005 through the establishment of new structures and the incorporation of private operators.
