World Bank Grants Tunisia 80.1Mn Loan
The World Bank has granted Tunisia a loan of 80.1mn to fund a community development project, following a similar loan of $78mn to support basic municipal services and infrastructure in urban areas approved in December (MEES, 23/30 December 2002). The World Bank has also provided 34.7mn in funding to develop mountainous and forest zones in the northwest of the country.
