Saudi Interior Minister Announces Target To Reduce Expatriates In The Kingdom
Saudi Interior Minister Prince Nayif ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz, who heads the Manpower Council, has announced that the number of expatriate workers and their families must not exceed 20% of the population by 2013. Expatriates, who number between 5-7mn, make up about 25-30% of the total population of Saudi Arabia which has an indigenous population of about 15-17mn....
