Lockerbie Responsibility/Compensation Deal Said To Be Close
Libya has reached an agreement in principle with the US and the UK to accept responsibility for the 1988 Lockerbie bombing and pay compensation to the victims family, according to sources close to talks involving the three parties in London on 11 March.
