Limited Kirkuk Crude Exports Continue As Oil-For-Food Program Suspended

Iraqi oil exports ceased, for all practical purposes, before hostilities started on 20 March as UN observers were evacuated and tanker owners refused to send their vessels to Mina al-Bakr in the northern Gulf.
