Halliburton Reviews Iran Operations After Shareholders Raise Concerns
US oilfield services contractor Halliburton has agreed to a review of its operations in Iran, in response to shareholder concerns that it may be indirectly supporting terrorism. Halliburton is one of a number of US contractors which has conducted work in Iran since sanctions were imposed in 1995, believing its operations were in compliance with US laws.
