IPCC Studies Philippine Naphtha Investment
The Iran Petrochemical Commercial Company (IPCC), subsidiary of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC), has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) to undertake a six-month feasibility study into a naphtha cracker project in the Philippines. The official news agency IRNA reported on 13 March that the $600mn project would be based in a petrochemical park in Bataan.
